Do you want to feel more grounded and less anxious? Are you ready to sharpen your intuition and work your
psychic muscles? Let’s do it! This 4-week course will take you through the basics of intuitive development.
You’ll have a strong foundation if you choose to branch out into mediumship and psychic work. Every psychic
and medium has honed their skills through circle work which includes exercises such as: psychometry, guided
meditation, aura readings, divination card readings, and automatic writing. This class will be fun and dynamic.

Reading Tails Program Continues At The Library (2:15 pm - 3:15 pm)
Join Emma on Sunday February 5th & 19th at the Lions Bay Library from 2:15 to 3:15 pm.
Emma has been trained as a therapy dog to encourage children who are struggling with reading difficulties. Her trainer, Mary Brown, Emma, and the young reader choose a quiet place to bond and to read together. This activity will encourage your child to relax and to concentrate on reading.
Mary and Emma spend approximately 20 minutes per child in this atmosphere to encourage your child to attempt reading in a more controlled and calm arena. Parents are encouraged to observe and may in deed pick up some productive reading hints.

we’ll do a very brief overview of how stress affects the working of our brains. Then you will learn some
