This year, thanks to community support, the Lions Bay Community Scholarship Foundation was able to award three Scholarships to Lions Bay graduating Grade 12 students - Robert Brown, Kris Koiner and Natalie Skibinski. A fourth Scholarship was given to Neville Berard by the Curly Stewart Trust Fund. Congratulations and Good luck to all of them!
To find out more about our scholars, I have been able to meet with Kris and Natalie, and plan to catch up with Robert later

A hundred thank yous to Connie Spiers for her many contributions the Village of Lions Bay and to Brunswick Beach over the past several years.
Connie came from Huntsville, Ontario to the western part of Canada in 1972. She worked in Banff for a lengthy time in manufacturing and in the educational fields.
