Monday Hike - June 1

With the formation of the “Green Energy Task Force” in the village I thought that was a good environmental quote to throw in this week.
Would any crew members who feel like a stroll  meet us at:
the top of Oceanview Road at 8:30am on Monday  June 1st.
The plan which is a little different from usual is to hike straight up the Unnecessary Mountain trail until we reach the upper turn off to the “Totally Unnecessary Trail”.
Just after the turn off the top of a tree is blocking the trail,  I will bring along  a chain saw and I think with half a dozen people we could clear it in 10 minutes and then carry on to Lone Tree Creek before returning the same way.
If you remember could you also bring along a pair of clippers, remember we are crew members not passengers!!
