Condos or No Condos

I think seniors housing is a great idea. I too hope to be a senior some day and would like to know there is an option for me to downsize and still live here. So ... I have two questions on this development and one strong opinion.

Question 1: How will the legalities of this development we defined (at the beginning and in perpetuity) to ensure this housing remains solely for Lions Bay senior residents?

Question 2: Is there a better place to put the development than at the top of the hill? .... particularly if its for seniors who may want to walk around the village? (how about moving the Works Yard up there and putting seniors housing down below?)

Strong Opinion: If these questions can't be answered to the satisfaction of Lions Bay council and residents then the condo application should be turned down.

Please provide any comments you have I'd love to hear an opinion from the development group and the "stop the condos" organizers
