Thank you for your energy and unabashed commitment toward the success of the 2010 Lions Bay Olympic Torch Relay !!!!!!!!! You truly helped to bring the Olympic Spirit to Lions Bay !!!!!

Thank you to Brigitta Shore, Chair of the 2010 Lions Bay Olympic Torch Relay Event Day !!!!! Brigitta's leadership and facilitation to create a World Class Vision and Mission Statement with our team led to a magnificent, once in a lifetime event. Brigitta stretched each of us beyond our own imagination ~ Thank you

Sharon Stevens, brought the world of techies, lighting and video specialists to us in the droves !  In thanking each, they were all honoured to be participants in this event ~ Thank you, Sharon !!!

Thank you to Michelle Osry for organizing, welcoming and shepherding our VIP's toward their presentations on stage !!!!!!!!!!!!

Alice Tickner and Sandra Kirkpatrick, a very big thank you for your vision toward the Potluck !!!

What a wonderful and joyous event !

Thank you Carmen Dickinson and Vera McCullough for the creation of the balloons arches !!!!!!

Thank you to each of our performers who donated their time and talent ~ resident Stu Morton, Bagpiper; Klatle-bhi Sam, Squamish First Nations, for our Native drumming and inspirational words and prayer; Margaret Langford, White Water Kayak Olympian raised in Lions Bay; John Smart, Free Style Moguls Olympian raised in Lions Bay; resident Samantha Srigley, Figure Skating Olympian; and Meryk Jones Para-Athlete, from West Vancouver. Also, a big thank you to Karen Fowlie and her band and to Christie, Al and Sean McPhee and their band. Thank you to each of the children for their inspirational words !

Thank you to all of the Staff, both Office and Village Public Works, for their incredible effort toward supporting this event ! To each of the Torch Relay Task Force and Torch Relay Event Day Volunteers and to the over 200 volunteers that helped to make this event such a success !!!!!!!

Each one of you had a significant hand in making our 2010 Lions Bay Torch Relay an amazing success ~ Thank you ~ Thank you ~ Thank you !!!!!!!!
