The following notice is to advise residents of Lions Bay that on Friday July 16th, the Kelvin Grove Beach access will be closed from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for the construction of the Kelvin Grove Sewer Treatment Plant Upgrade.
 
All will be turned around at the tracks for this temporary closure for safety reasons and to allow construction vehicles, work crews and equipment access and leave the work site. The contractors and Works Crews will be working diligently to make this closure as short as possible.
 
Public Works Manager Chuck Partridge wanted to take this opportunity to thank the community for its cooperation during this construction period.
