The second annual Rockridge Parents Used to be Cool Pub Night is 6:30pm to 10:00pm on Monday, February 21st at the Troller Pub in Horseshoe Bay - $15 for a burger (beef, veggie chicken) and a beer or wine! For every $15 dollar ticket sold the Scholarship Fund earns $10. Thank you Troller Pub! It's simple. It's a pub night and we want current parents, alumni 19+, and alumni parents to attend.
There will be a short live auction with fun items: a rugby ball signed by this year's Senior Team; a volleyball signed by this year's Senior Girls; "preferred reserved Grad seats" at the Orpheum (no standing in line); past school items ... literally a "Whale" of a prize; and many more. Click here for ticket information (and to see what some of us looked like in the eighties!).
Everyone 19+ years of age is welcome. We hope to see Rockridge Alumni with their parents (yes it does happen). This is not an exclusive event, bring friends and neighbours... you may end up sitting next to people waiting for the ferry (and heck they donated last year!). The Rockridge Scholarship Fund hopes to see you there and, of course, donations are welcome! Can't make it? Buy a ticket and the Scholarship Fund gets the full $15.
