The Body is an incredible piece of technology, a Magical Machine.
“Your Magical Evolutionary Code Unleashed – The Science of Inner Resonance” released on 11-11-11 by local Bowen Island author Maureen Edwardson. In her new book, Maureen gives a profoundly simple ʻHow Toʼ application of many scientific principles for everyday practical use to better ourselves and create a more sustainable planet.
The body is often thought of as our human limitation. The truth is that it is capable of “miracles”. If we were to take the entire DNA in our bodies and stretch it out, it would encircle the globe 5,000 times! Each molecule of DNA is such a powerful processor that it has been used to run a nano-computer the size of a drop of water, no external power source needed. This was shared in Scientific American in 2003. We have 50 to 100 trillion cells in our bodies. According to some, the liver handles 100,000 enzymatic processes every second. The brain processes 40 neural bits per second at the conscious level, 40 million bits per second at the unconscious, and the non-local mind is instant.
This is indeed the power needed for miracles. What is a miracle except something that occurs beyond our capacity to explain or understand it? Arthur C. Clark, the author of 2001 A Space Odyssey has a wonderful quote that I love: “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.”
New Science, like Dr. Bruce Liptonʼs “Biology of Belief” is gaining ground into mainstream understandings of how DNA responds to the environment, which includes our thoughts and emotions.
The body is a responder to consciousness, which is limitless in its nature. Bruce shows us the mechanisms of how consciousness changes DNA, so we are not victims even to our genetic inheritance.
Physicists like Nassim Haramein (www.theresonanceproject.org) refer to the Vacuum or Zero Point Field as a place of infinite potential from which all our future power could be sourced. In the New Scientist magazine last year it was postulated that the body is such a source of energy, being a superconductor at room temperature, that in future instead of needing surgery to replace the batteries for a pace maker every 10 years, we might just call on the bodyʼs own energy reserves. The article also mentioned the possibility of having a body patch to charge up our cell phones and other devices. Talk about renewable resources!
